What do I get?

Each film pack contains 10 variations of one film look (Kodachrome 64: 20), in three formats: .xmp for Lightroom Classic, Lightroom desktop and Photoshop (Camera Raw), .dng for the free Lightroom mobile app on iPhone, iPad and Android, and .costyle for Capture One. An installation guide is included.

Single film, bundle or Master Collection?

A single film is one look. A bundle is a whole family of films (for example the five Kodak colour films, or both black & whites) for less than buying them one by one. The Master Collection includes all 15 films and 160 presets at the lowest price per film. See the full price list.

Can I use the presets on client work?

Yes. You can use the presets on your own photos for personal and commercial work, including the photos you deliver to your clients. You can't share, resell or redistribute the preset files themselves.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once and the files are yours to keep, with no renewals.

Do they work on my phone, on Mac and on Windows?

Yes. The .dng files work in the free Lightroom mobile app; the .xmp and .costyle files work on Mac and Windows. The presets work on JPEGs too, though you get the most out of them on RAW files.

How do I install them?

How do I receive the files, and what if I lose the link?

The download link appears right after checkout and arrives in your order confirmation email. You can download your files again at any time from your account at account.hellopresets.com: sign in with the email you used at checkout. Still stuck? Write to info@hellopresets.com.

Will my photos look exactly like the photos on the site?

The photographs on the site are editorial illustrations of each film's character. The presets work on colour, tone and grain, so the result depends on your light and your images. That's why every film comes with multiple variations.

Are these official presets from the film manufacturers?

No. HelloPresets is an independent studio. Our presets are original simulations created by our team, with no affiliation, partnership or sponsorship of any kind with Kodak, Ilford, Rollei, Polaroid, CineStill, Fujifilm, Konica Minolta or Lomography, and we don't use their logos or any material they own. Film names are used only to describe the look each preset is inspired by.

Digital files can't be returned once downloaded. If something isn't working, write to info@hellopresets.com and we'll help. See our refund policy.
